Unidentified submissions

The mediacomposers service is not open to everyone. In order to maintain the quality of the music we represent we need to hear examples of your work before you register with us.

If we accept your showreel/demo we will send you a username and password which you can use to log in to mediacomposers.eu. On your first visit you will be asked to register and agree to our terms of use.

We do not insist that you assign the copyright to etrax, we just require the permission from you to exploit the copyright on your behalf. You must own the copyright to the works or supply us with proof of permission from any third party with an interest in the copyright.

This is not an exclusive agreement, you are free to represent your music elsewhere. However, we need to know if you have exclusively assigned the copyright previously.

Once signed up to the mediacomposers.eu terms and conditions it will be up to you when, how many tracks and for how long you wish to submit your music. You can upload direct from the mediacomposers site or supply tracks by CD or DVD by post. If at any time you wish to remove the tracks from the library, for whatever reason, you can just let us know by email and we will remove them within 30 days. If you wish to terminate our agreement, we both have that right, at 30 days notice in writing.

We reserve the right to decide which of your submissions we will include in the etrax.eu music library.

The royalty split will be 60/40, in your favour, of all monies generated by our activities. We account to you every quarter and pay any monies due by electronic transfer.
